Over the past couple weeks, we have established an internal committee of senior management and operational personnel to determine what actions we must take to navigate these uncertain times. We have closely followed the guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
We have implemented protocols across our business to protect our employees. Most importantly, we are very proud of the strong commitment our team has shown in working together to continue to maintain our service level to our customers.
For over 28 years we have remained committed to our employees, distributors and contractors. We are here to deliver quality light, better than anyone in our class. We are a US manufacturer, and while we are not entirely immune to disruptions in the global supply chain, we are much less effected than most of our competitors as we heavily source from US partners.
Our sourcing of components from outside the US is very diverse and, in most cases, we have multiple supply partners and supply locations. We continue to work with our supply partners to support our forecasted demand and do not anticipate any short-term issues.
